Triple AAA

Triple AAA is Kickboxing with a twist. This class is focused on and getting your arms, abs, and gluteus toned.

This class WILL burn your arm and belly fat away plus lift and tone your rear section.

We start class with a 10-minute calisthenic work out to warm up the body and shred calories. A 5-minute cooldown stretch followed by 10 rounds of punches and kicks strategically design to target your Arms, Abs & Gluteus.
