Lil Boxers

Lil boxers is a fun-filled non-combative high-energy kickboxing class for ages 7-14. This class will have kids exercising, building strong bones and muscles all while having a blast.

Children who exercise regularly do better in school, sleep better and live healthier adult lives.

We start the class with 10 minutes of fun calisthenics such as (bear crawls, rollovers froggies) and many other fun exercises. Kids don’t even know they are working out. We continue with 6 bag rounds of punches and kicks focused on safety, form, and technique followed by buddy drills.
