What do you get when you combine martial arts, boxing, aerobics, and a whole lot of fun? Kickboxing is a high-energy, high-intensity exercise that is NEVER boring, lame, or easy. Challenge yourself with a kickboxing class and see the difference!

Just Kick It is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) kickboxing class. A cardiovascular exercise alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercises with less intense recovery periods.

HIIT workouts conditions your body, improve stamina and endurance.

We start the class with a 10minute HIIT warm-up of callisthenic exercises followed by a 5-minute stretch and then ten 2.5-minute bag rounds of intense punches and kicks combinations ending with 10minutes of conditioning partner drills.
